Producer

Baltimore Public Media is seeking an organized and creative Producer for Pass the Mic who brings a strong radio journalism background and a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and compelling storytelling. This is an in-person role based at our Baltimore headquarters. The Producer will support the Senior Producer in shaping the show’s editorial direction and be responsible for working with, and guiding, a rotating list of community hosts drawn from across Baltimore’s spectrum of leaders, creative thinkers and doers. There will also be researching, pitching, scripting, as well as studio and field recording and editing original audio stories and interviews.
